Reformation Heritage Books is pleased to offer desk copies to instructors at educational institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, and seminaries, who are considering our titles for course adoption. Desk copies are intended for instructor evaluation and are not available for personal use.

Desk copies are available only for books published by Reformation Heritage Books and are limited to one copy per title. All requests are subject to review, and Reformation Heritage Books reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

Desk Copy Request – [Course Name]

Please include the following information:

• Instructor name and title
• Institution name
• Book title and author
• Course name
• Number of students
• Course frequency (e.g., annually, each semester)
• Semester or term when the course will be taught
• Delivery address
