A book qualifies as damaged or defective if it shows:
Tears, cuts, or scratches over 1 cm
Dented or crushed corners
Torn, missing, or detached pages
Broken binding or loose glue
Water damage, stains, or ink smears affecting readability
Major printing or alignment errors
Significant transit damage visible upon unboxing
Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., light scuffs, removable marks, small bends, slight discoloration, or normal wear) do not qualify.
To report damage within 30 days of receipt, email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Our team will review your report and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
