Our “Left in Cart” notifications are automated reminders and do not always mean your order was incomplete. In some cases, you may receive this email even after your order has been successfully placed.
If you have already received an order confirmation email, there is nothing further you need to do. Your order has been received and is being processed.
You can also confirm your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history under Account > Orders.
If you are still unsure whether your order was completed, please contact us and we would be happy to confirm it for you.
